Scope of Service

Faith Sanitation provides service one time per week.

Customers have a designated pickup day, not a specific pickup time. Route times may vary week to week.

Missed pickups: please call within 24 hours of your service day.

Trash containers are property of Faith Sanitation and will be provided with service.

Trash containers must be placed by the curb/road for us to pick up. Otherwise, we will assume the container is empty and will not service it. Containers MUST be out by the curb/road and easily accessible in order for us to pickup. Please place containers at least 5 feet away from any objects (mailboxes, cars, fences, etc). If you have more than one container, please leave at least 3 feet between each container.

All trash must be placed inside of the container with the lid closed. Any trash/items outside of the container may not be picked up.

Bulk pickups/extra trash must be called in ahead of your scheduled pickup. An additional fee may be applied.

Billing continues as long as the trash container is on your property.

If you cancel service and have not paid for the current month, the trash container must be empty upon removal.

Please have your trash container out by 6:00 am or the night before your service day.

If your trash cart is not by the curb when the driver arrives, a picture will be taken, and it will be picked up the following week on your scheduled pickup day.

Bill, Payment & Late Fees

Bills are emailed out on the 20th of every month.

Payment is due net 10 from bill date/by the 1st of the month.

A $10 late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the 5th of the month and service will be suspended until payment received.

Payment methods by phone, online or mail: Check, credit card, debit card, ACH, automatic payments.​

We recommend signing up for auto-draft payments. Please note, if your auto-draft payment is declined, there may be a charge to cover a returned payment fee by the processing company (passthrough charge).

If your payment is late, your service will be suspended until payment has been received.

If your account is suspended due to non-payment, payment must be made prior to your pickup day to receive service. If payment was made on the scheduled service day and are already on the suspended list, service will resume the following week.

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
